Dennis J. Winfrey

Mr. Winfrey has been with Reality House Programs (RHP) since 1990. Prior to coming to RHP, he worked
for four years as the manager of a mental health clinic with the United States Army. Mr. Winfrey
received his Bachelor's Degree from Northwestern State in Louisiana, his Master's Degree from Boston
University, and his Education Specialist Degree from the University of Missouri in Columbia. Mr. Winfrey
is a Licensed Professional Counselor (#CS001225) and a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor II (#1216)
with the state of Missouri. He is responsible for the entire RHP corporate operation.

Federal Program Director:
Joel S. Putnam

Ms. Putnam has been with Reality House Programs, Inc. (RHP) since 1997. Prior
to coming to RHP, she worked with offenders in a variety of capacities since
1982. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Advanced Substance
Abuse Counselor. Ms. Putnam received her Bachelor's of Social Work from Columbia
College and her Master's in Social Work from the Univ. of Missouri-Columbia.
Her responsibilities include; the Federal BOP and USPO program, supervision of
Substance Abuse, Life Skills, and Psychosocial educational programming and groups,
recreation, Volunteer and Intern Act ivies, and other related RHP corporate functions,
additionally, she coordinates all Food Service for the Corporation.

Administrative Director: Michelle Thompson |

Ms.
Thompson has been with Reality House Programs (RHP) since 1993. Prior to coming
to RHP, she worked for ten years as an income tax accountant. Ms. Thompson received
her Bachelor's Degree from Arkansas State University. Ms. Thompson has extensive
experience with planning and zoning, corrections facility design and maintenance,
and corporate personnel and ADA law. She supervises all of the administrative, accounting,
fees collection, and other related RHP corporate functions. Additionally, she serves
as the staff liaison to the RHP Board of Directors and the RHP Advisory Board.

Security Director:
Robert Harrison
|

|
Mr. Harrison started his employment with Reality House Programs, Inc. in 2003 as a
Boone County Drug Court Counselor. In the Fall of 2006, he took over as the
Reality House Security Director. Mr. Harrison is responsible for safety, security,
transportation, and investigative functions for all staff, participants, and visitors
of the corporation. Prior to coming to Reality House, he work with the Salvation
Army and Phoenix Programs in a variety of positions. Mr. Harrison received his
Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Columbia College. He is a Registered Substance
Abuse Counselor with the Missouri Division of Alcohol and Drug Abuse and is involved
with a number of community agencies in a volunteer/member capacity.
