Referrals must be court ordered into the CSP. Participants must attend daily counseling and education classes. After a forty-five day lockdown period, participants will generally be required to work or attend school. Release from the facility will only be allowed for court approved work, education, and/or medical appointments. Offenders living or working in or near Boone County are eligible for the CSP. Participants will provide their own hygiene items and other supplies. Meals are provided, to include “sack” meals when they are out of the facility. Visitors are allowed during the last 45 days if they are pre-approved by staff. The CSP service is located at the main facility.

Referrals must be court ordered into the MCP. Case Management, employment/school assistance, and community support services are available. Participants will be monitored on four different levels of supervision: Intensive Supervision, Intermediate Supervision, Regular Supervision, or Minimum Supervision. Contact with the participant is: Intensive=every other day, Intermediate=weekly, Regular=bi-weekly, and Minimum=monthly. Participants will provide their own food, hygiene items, and other supplies, unless they are assigned to Inpatient Treatment. Visitors are allowed for Inpatient Treatment participants if they are pre-approved by staff. The MCP service is located at the PMI and the main facility.

Release from the facility will only be allowed for approved work, education, childcare, medical appointments, passes, and/or other conditions approved by their RHP Case Manager. Offenders living or working in or near Boone County are eligible for the OEP. Participants will provide their own hygiene items and other supplies. Meals are provided, to include “sack” meals when they are out of the facility. Visitors are allowed if they are pre-approved by staff. The OEP service is located at the main facility.
Anyone may make a referral to PMI. Participants will provide their own food, hygiene items, and other supplies. The PMI facility has a live-in RHP staff member and staff counselors at the facility on weekdays. Visitors are allowed. The PMI service is located at the downtown facility.

Release from the facility will only be allowed for court approved work, education, childcare, medical appointments, passes, and/or other conditions approved by the Probation and Parole Officer. Probationers and parolees living or working in or near Boone County are eligible for the RPP. Participants will provide their own hygiene items and other supplies. Meals are provided, to include “sack” replacement meals when they are out of the facility during meal time. Visitors are allowed if they are pre-approved by staff. Participants are required to meet with an individual Case Manager weekly. The RPP service is located at the main facility.
Designed to offer sober and secure transitional housing to men and women who are involved with the local courts or local probation and parole. Anyone may make a referral to RTP. Participants are required to sign in and out of the facility. Curfew will be implemented at the request of the court of jurisdiction or the participant’s Probation and Parole Officer. Participants will provide their own food, hygiene items, and other supplies. Visitors are not allowed. The RTP service is located at the main facility.
